i own a small towing service from ozark al. , have done business with all the surrounding towns - cities  police dept. all around the area, but have had troubles from only (1) one quaint little town called LEVEL PLAINS   but ,i didnt have troubles there until a not so top dog  in the police dept. reared his ugly little membrane. because our rendeavous from another jurisdiction , was apparently unforgivable i guess he chose to attempt to thwart my business dealings any way he could. but to no avail , he or the town in mention has decided to most likely illeagally utilize a local - hometown shop with a tow service to have a monopoly on all police required service both mechanically on all city vehicles, and also 99% of all police action tow calls . which should be illeagal due to the fact the shop in mention has 1-2 employees that are also police reservist ! with level plains ,, business liscenses are up to 3 times what they are in ozark , daleville , newton , they even are so arogant they think they can threaten other agencies without fear of retribution , if our wonderous sheriff has any authority in stopping this abuse of authority and unfair practice in a free market enterprise. then w.o. step in and show you have a backbone and will defy in bending for some and not for others. just ignore your personal feelings for me and investigate this borderline corruptness lawenforcement agency !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

in another words " BEWARE OF LEVEL PLAINS " jurisdiction  if your even a little to the left of the law , they will make you PAY dearly , not neccesarily thru city enforced fines , but thru additional services internally requested ,  its an unfair act to request assistance thru an internally requested organization , but its easily covered from within !!! but that unfairly requested service operator is doing very well financially , good times always end eventually !!!! ya'll think about that over there !!!!!!!!!!!! small town with eventual big problems !!!!!!!!!  HEH ! HEH !
