Just wanted to recommend the Military One Source (1-800-342-9647) is an excellent free program for military families. I know the counseling option will give you six sessons of professional counseling at no cost to you and the information discussed does not go back to the military (i.e. your unit) - it is very confidential and very worthy of your consideration for you, your spouse or children's needs.  It is not a TriCare service either so you don't need a doctor's referral.

Here is an update - Military One Source is now offering up to 12 free counseling sessions to callers - Can't beat that with a stick!
