well i see on rsn. the henry cty. s.o. called out air-0ne, from dale cty. s.o. and got the usual results in its performance ! nothin' ! if it were made public , i would love to know how much henry cty. had to pay for air-0nes use ? after all tim byrd did say that the office was going to start charging other agencies for the choppers use , eventually all these other depts . will realize the professionality in the use of air-0ne has a lot left to be desired ! one good plus ,  NON-2-B- FOUND !!  OOPS!!

(walter ford ) plans to return from abroad this campaign season to run for the top seat in dale cty. . well congratulations walter , look forward to meeting you again soon .i was hoping someone else would step up and give w.o. a run for his money , after it was virtually handed to him by walters - trader -  former lead man !!!!!!!!!!! attention anyone interested in the seat you are encouraged to go for it !!!

let me get off this subject a moment ! has anyone noticed the commercialization of the united ststes presidency , obama , this & obama that ! our historical addition is making millions on products capitalizing on his election , in his name . is this fair that he can make all these profits, while an elected official ! i understand it was at one time illegal to profit commercially while in office . at the rate he's going he will make equivalent profits as exxon and the other major oil companies . he has coins , shoes , basketballs , shirts , all types of memorabilia, people should inquire about this and see if he donates to worthy causes, now his wife is out sporting around in $540.00 tennis shoes , what else are they going to sport to show how greedy the american people are , but thats o.k. obama is (not) a double dealer , or a con , its just handed to him !

i guess it never ceases to amaze me ,as to why the s.o. flatly refuses to launch genuine police patrol ( not deputy patrol ) instead they prefer to be stationary until the phone rings per say , and then bust their rears to get out , lights and siren just to have something to talk about during lunch , i emphasize its not the good people that are -deputies- its the upper office personel also i emphasize its not neccesarily the sheriff its the other seemingly spineless people that could recommend additional services that usually go with being in a patrol car , i would probably quiet down if the s.o. were to be more occupationally self sufficient rather than the same ole (well thats not in our job title) approach ! if people were to start asking questions as to why not , the county could become a better place to live , ive been here for nearly 50 yrs. and even as a child and until now i havent seen much of a change ........anyone else notice the pattern of no change is good , some change bad !!!!!!!!!

wow, something must have happened out toward daleville tonite ,,, 4 d.c.s.o. units were obviously disturbed during lunch at the w.k. because they all came by here like there was some new gossip on the other side of the cty. so they raced westerly lights and siren blareing, including the infamous B.K. i wonder what it was to get him away from business as usual ????????? watch out motorist and pedestrians alike when news is happening the d.c.s.o. cares less .. driving !!!!!

did ya'll read that on rsn, about (the helicopter caught a fleeing motorcycle ) pahleeese, if the helicopter actually caught up with a( speeding ) motorcycle it must have been speeding excessively past a snail ! for the helicopter to get pulled out of the hanger , inspected , cranked , taken off and then, i say then still catch up with it still within the cty. pahleeese, looks like the campaign season may be getting an early start , or trying to get some free advertisement for additional donations for fuel and maintainanace , or w.o. has a new found misled friend !!!!!!!!!!!1if anyone wants a reality check demand service reports to be aired somewhere weekly and lets see if any truth comes from them !!!!

these are possibilities , but the #2 man needs to spend time supervising what does happen at the d.c.s.o. other than gossip searching ! oh , and by the way B.K.  is back full time at W.K. to the tune of 1.5 hrs. parked out front for all to see , i must say i wasnt impressed ! there sure is a lot of F.B.I. going on there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure about this DD, but it think they pull it out of the hanger and inspect it daily so it ready to go on standby. I'm sure that tim mcdonald spends a good bit of time at the airport with it also. So its possible all he had to do was jump in and go. Not enough straight aways around besides 231 to outrun a helo on a motorcycle. Also he could have already been in the air. I see them flying a good bit. All just guesses though.

lbr actually if the guy knew how to ride that sport bike there is no way the chopper can keep up.the d.c.a.f has older donated choppers that top out at aboput 120 to 130 knots. that bike can reach speeds of about 150 mph. ( 1 knt = 1.15 mph). but thats not really the issue. they only have 1 flyable aircraft most of the time which means to me that there mission rates suck. the funding could be better used even if its donated moneys. but thats ok david walley has as much chance of getting re-elected as bush had for a third term. i know sombody on the inside now lol. walley has some skeletons about to leap out the closet. but hey what do i know its the rumor mill right? im personaly beggining to doubt if walley is even going to run again. i dont see him as aggressive at all on reducing crime in the county. the only time i hear about the dcso is when its assisting another agency. what is up with that??????? i still cant figure out why i can pass a sherrifs car on andrews doing 60 and them look the other way! maybee they have a soft spot for me lol. or then again maybee they have been told not to fish in another cops pond. im just wondering if they witnessed a real crime in the city limits would they stop for that. dont get me wrong im sure the deputies would im just wondering how much trouble they would get into from the bosses? i think as long as it made it into the dothan rag or rsn then it would be fine. i would never take away from what the deputies do but im just worried about the policies set out from the bosses. ttfn

so i'm told,  there is a lot of internal punishment , goes on at d.c.s.o. due to spontaneous assistance to area agencies , i.e. foot pursuits  etc. then theres suspensions and then theres job opportunities , it keeps the wheels rolling , you see a new face one day , then you dont . then again a new face,  then again you dont ! it may be a well sought after job , but its normally a short lived future !!!!!!tip !!!! let them do the job their trained to do , dont limit their skills to cty. wide supervisors the d.c.s.o. has enough of those useless ones already !!!!1

yea ! bandit , this is true ,. some day the good people of dale cty. that are by now getting abate of laxacitywill stand up and place a dedicated to the office person in that top seat !  maybe ! maybe ! but since roughly 69 % of dale cty. (seemingly ) are related to w.o. who knows what will happen .. also considering the old icon keeping a low profile lately as is air -1 ,  IDEA ! coup - de- ta !!!! LOLOLOLOLOL

its amazing to me david that if everyone hates and doesnt listen to you then why do you seem to always have the most viewed threads????? it most be nice to recieve all the credit for your deputies hard work, even if the person coontinues to tie their hands behind their back. i would still like to see them be more proactive then reactive. there would be less crime in the county if they werent to busy at the gas stations and wk and out actually patroling. ttfn
