Sorry about the delay Bama. As you can imagine we have been extremely busy. To answer you question we have installed all the HD equipment in the headend, and are just waiting on the delivery of the HD and DVR set top boxes. The telephone launch is scheduled for April.

Lbrtysk, I imagine you folks have been quite busy with the change over! That is great to hear that we have movement towards having HD included as an option with cable. The Telephone service is interesting as well. Do you have a rough estimate on when the HD and DVR set top boxes might be delivered and available for customers to sign up for the service? |

Hey lbrtrsk,may I ask probably a dumb question,lol.Will we be able to keep the list of favorites that we have on windows internet explore? I sure hope so have a thousandd,lol thanks. |

Happy New Year - CMom and all the other old regulars. Cmom, your favorites are stored on YOUR computer so as long as you don't change your equipment (or IE software) you'll be just Peachy. |

Bama, we should have everything ready to go by thursday of next week. Give me a call at 334 400 2939 if you want it sooner. It would be very helpful to me if you would be willing to help me beta test it. I have a few DVR's in stock right now, but we've had a few glitches. I would really like to put one out in the field on a regular customer account to make sure we have it right before we launch it. Thanks |

Hey,good seeing ya again...I hope you can answer this for me.I saw a guy who woks for cobridge,he was getting gas along side of me.I ask him why was the internet out so much,like everyday for a few hours.He said for me to call cobridge.We got to talking,and he said this"Cobridge has been sold to the company that has Dothan.He said the name,it started with a K,cant remember what it was.He said it was a bigger and better company,goes from Montgomery to Dothan.He said we would love it and have better prices,ect ect.He said the deal would be finale in about 60 days.What do you think? Its ironic that all we had was charter,now we are switching from one to the other.Thats good.Compatition is a good thing, |

Hey everybody! just thought I WOULD TELL YOU ABOUT THE WAY COBRIDGE did me!It has been a complete nightmare! First of all i pay my bills on time anyhow i paid my bill on a friday and that sunday they had turned my cable off thru a signal to my cable box. so monday morning I called up there & asked them why they did that for? cause my bill was past due! yea right!please excuse ME for making this in short hand i have been havin a major war with them! my bill was not past due i paid it somebody overlooked it cause they were in a hurry! whenever they turned the signal off well it screwed up my tv somehow! I had to make appts for them to come out and fix which i waited and they never showed up or even DIDNT GIVE me a courtesy call! i went and got new remote had to put new batteries in it. my tv turned on and will play sometimes and then other times it blinks right off! sometimes it played up for 2 hrs and then just goes off.then other times it goes right OFF in a sec. i dont care what they say but my tv and the cable was working just fine til they did that! now as it stands right now my tv dont work which it worked prior to that! also that is my daddys tv and a damn good one and he is deceased. i havent been able to watch tv so therefore i have not used the cable! they have jerked me around so bad i dont know what else to do! now they are going to charge me a $35 for coming out cause they said i didnt have wire maintance which i did with charter but it was not transferred! by the min it has gotten worse! any ideas??? have a blessed day! |

Ozark customers, It was a pleasure to serve you as the Plant Manager for Charter, Cobridge, Knology, and Troycable. Unfortunately I will be moving on to greener pastures in a larger area. I was sorry to hear that you will be moving on. You have always done a great job and you will be missed very much. I only wish the best of success to you where ever your "greener pastures" are. They will be a much better organization with you working for them.
