We have the opportunity to put a highly qualified person into this important position and that is Sharon Ard Michalic.  I have worked with Sharon on Probate Court Commitments and I can attest to the fact that she would be honest, open and fair and use good common sense in this matter.  I know that she would handle all the aspects of the Probate Office in a very professional manner.  She has over 18 years of experience in the Probate Office and she knows their business foreward and backward.  She is very conscious about performing a good wedding that anyone would be proud of and she will make renewal of your driver's license go as smooth as possible.  She is a good woman with high standards and morals and would represent the citizens of Dale County very well.  Remember, when you fill out your ballot, mark SHARON as your choice for Probate Judge.

Mr. Hilboldt - Who are you kidding? Sharon knows the workings of the Probate Office inside and out and even though she has not "worn the robes" (neither have you), she has performed Weddings and supplied the various background contacts and paperwork necessary to allow the Judge to do her job. I think your ad in the Southern Star was "dirty politics" and it possibly shows your true colors. There are some things that you have not addressed as well: for example; What are you going to do about your FULL TIME job as Coroner? In the unlikely event that you win this election, I presume that you are going to "retire" from it and devote all your attention to the FULL TIME job of Judge of the Probate; surely you don't intend to maintain both positions. I also might remind you that the current Probate Judge has not backed you, either. Eunice Hagler is a true Southern Lady and has too much class to get in the middle of the election of her replacement.

Mr. Holboldt, I hope the people of Dale County and not misled by your 1/2 page advertisement in the Star and elect Sharon Ard Michalic for Probate Judge of Dale County!
