PEOPLE!!!  start taking resposability of your animals...  S. AL makes me sick with the way dogs are tied and left unattended day after day... do the decent thing and find them a loving home - and I don't mean dumping them on the side of the road or at the county shelter where they are killed in 7 days..  dogs shouldn't be tied but maybe 4 hrs a day (if you have to) and if you have to do that be sure they have water and a dog house.  Animal abuse is a major problem here in the wiregrass-people need to educate themselves on being a good animal owner.
